About the Instructor
The instructors of the CFP ® Exam Review Program are experienced financial planning practitioners.
They are led by course founder Jeffrey Rattiner, CPA, CFP®, MBA, president and CEO of the JR Financial Group, Inc., a holding company providing consumers with income tax, financial planning and money management services, and advisors with financial planning education. Jeff is a columnist for Financial Advisor magazine and the author of numerous books, including "Rattiner's Financial Planner's Bible," "Rattiner's Review for the CFP® Certification Examination-Fast Track Study Guide," "Getting Started as a Financial Planner," and "Personal Financial Planning Library."
Jeff Rattiner has held management positions with the Institute of Certified Financial Planners (ICFP), Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board) and the Personal Financial Planning Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with an emphasis in Marketing Management from Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York, his MBA in Certified Public Accounting from Hofstra University, and his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification education from New York University.
Jeff is a Certified Financial Planner and a Certified Public Accountant in New York, Colorado, and Arizona.
